I’ve often heard people say “Success and Failure are two sides of a coin”. In a way that makes sense, because if you are successful then obviously you have not failed and vice versa. But think again. Does every ‘failure’ need to be a dead-end? Not necessarily. Very often we learn a lot from our failures: for one, we learn what will not work:) Moreover, as long as we learn from our mistakes, then they are no more ‘mistakes’; they now become ‘learning experience’. Each learning experience brings us one step closer to our goal.
Thomas Edison is said to have failed 1800 times before he found the ideal material for the light bulb. I probably would have given up after 5 attempts. But not him. That is what makes him a great man! So, do not fear failure. Dare! I am sure you’ll do a lot better than Edison.
